Over 20,000 visitors are expected to attend this year's Little Poland Festival in New Britain, Connecticut, which boasts the highest concentration of Polish Americans in the state. The Festival takes place onSunday, April 27 and coincides with the canonization of the Polish pope John Paul II. The special bilingual festival edition of the White Eagle, which will be passed out to visitors free of charge, will include a history of the Polish community in New Britain, a local Polish American guide, a list of festival vendors along Broad Street, which will be closed to automobile traffic for the day, and an entertainment schedule.
